The Reading Promise!'s mission is to foster a love of reading with at-risk/low-income kids by

providing them with new hardback books and reading material through our annual Book Festivals.

We target kids currently enrolled in Elementary Schools in the Orange Unified School District with

Title 1 designation. We hold strong to the belief that by introducing books in a fun, interactive

environment to the youth in our community will only increase their aptitude for, and joy of, reading.
